The Pocono area is booming!

 While growth seems to be slowing down in other areas it is continuing strong here in the Poconos and the Eastern Pa Region. There is presently a daily Express Bus Line serving NYC and NJ at very commuter friendly times and there are currently proposals for  Wall Street West, Mount Airy Casino and Resort, Pocono Manor Casino (coming soon) Monticello Casino and Racetrack (NY), and a proposed Poconos to NYC Express commuter railroad. All of these things will be bringing a great deal of conveniences and high paying jobs to the Poconos and property values are expected to skyrocket!!.

There are also endless activities in the surrounding area. There are many places to ski including:
Camelback Ski Resort, Jack Frost & Big Boulder resorts, Alpine Mountain Ski & Ride Center, Tanglewood Ski Area and Montage Ski Area. There is an indoor all season water park and another one coming also nearby paintball, horseback riding and outlet shopping at The Crossings Outlet Mall. The area is very scenic and there are great places to visit including waterfalls, the Delaware River, and the Delaware Water Gap national recreation area, Caves, Etc. There are nearby NASCAR races too!
